Employee health and welfare is a core concern for WJH. WJH employees are offered benefits to assist WJH staff with dealing with unforeseen circumstances, and emerging life events.

 

  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
    • 60% of weekly salary to a maximum of $500 per week for Short Term Disability
    • 60% of monthly salary to a maximum of $5000 for Long Term Disability
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
    • AD&D coverage is available up to $25,000.00
  • Term Life Insurance
    • Term Life Insurance is available up to $25,000.00
  • Employee Assistance Program
    • The EAP benefit offers employees 24/7 access to licensed counselors and professional counseling services

Personal Time Off (PTO)* and Holidays

 

WJH values the employee’s most valuable asset, their time. WJH provides employees with paid time off to address what’s important to the employees in their personal lives.

 

  • 10 days (80 hours) PTO per year during first 2 years of employment
  • 13 days (104 hours) PTO per year after 2nd year of employment
  • 15 days (120 hours) PTO per year after 4th year of employment
  • 20 days (160 hours) PTO per year after 8th year of employment
  • Six paid holidays

 

401(k)

 

Investing in the future is important. WJH knows investing now will pay dividends when it is needed most. WJH assists its employees by providing a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.

 

  • 25 funds through The Hartford
  • Participation starts on 1st of month following 6 month anniversary of hire date
  • IRS maximum applies
  • 100% Employer matching up to 4% of employee contribution
  • Flexibility to make changes at any time

 

Education/Training

 

Providing the best capabilities to WJH customers is fundamental to WJH success. WJH encourages employees to continue furthering their education in their professional arenas. Individual customized certification incentives are crafted for employees to promote skill development and encourage employee involvement in each employee’s salary goals.
